Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Each bouquet is handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, shape, and arrangement may occur. These variations are part of the natural and artistic process and do not qualify as defects.

Each arrangement is uniquely crafted, making every bouquet one of a kind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: nabil@vanteflore.com.

To assess your request, we may require clear photos of the product upon delivery.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
